Dormant Judge: a judge who has not officiated at shows for whatever reason for a period of at least two calendar years. Dormant judges may not officiate at any show. | |
Probational Judge: a judge who has passed the examination in the particular category
and is now taking stages. Stages must be supervised by judges qualified to function as a stage supervisor. |

Officially appointed as judge in the particular category. | |
X | Indicates that the judge is active, i.e. judged at least 3 times in the particular category in the previous year. If the judge is active and appointed since 3 years he is allowed to instruct a student judge. |

The month and the year of appointment as judge in the particular category.
If the judge is active and appointed since 5 years only the year is indicated, and he may function as: • an examining judge in the particular category when he or the other examining judge attended a judges seminar during the past 3 years • a stage supervisor in the particular category when he attended a judges seminar during the past 3 years. |
M | Mentor Judge: the judge applied to be listed as a mentor judge in the particular category. |
NE | Non-European Judge: may only officiate as an International Judge in the particular category at shows organised by FIFe Members outside Europe. |
NE+ | Approved Non-European Judge: may officiate as an International Judge in the particular category at all shows. |
